MY STORY
Senior Economist and Advisor turned Trainer and Lecturer of Adaptive Leadership.
I graduated from Harvard Kennedy School with a Masters for Public Administration, a program for mid-careers that is known to prepare leaders among the world for a greater impact. I also earned an extra distinction of my achievement of the HKS certificate in Management, Leadership and Decision Sciences, which demonstrates a high level of training.
I became passionate about giving insights on and useful tools for working in a range of roles where leading others can become essential to effective performance. I became a teaching fellow at Harvard Kennedy School for “Leadership and Public Narrative”. I taught exercising leadership addressing strategic thinking that causes change in individuals and social systems. I am obsessed with transformation with the end goal of developing moral leaders around the world.
"The leadership journey goes from the self, way up to leading in the workplace."
