Effective leadership is one of the greatest fundamentals to building great organizational cultures and failing to build a strong culture is detrimental to employees at all levels and the bottom line also.
From my experience in the leaderahip industry in Egypt, Dubai and the US and based on what I deliver for Corporates, I found Organizational cultures are significantly (positively) correlated with leadership behavior and job satisfaction, and leadership behavior is significantly (positively) correlated with job satisfaction
This experience of leadership development that I pass through with different organizations whether big corporates, family businesses, or startups helped deliver value in the global context, drove new levels of innovation, and built accountable, nontoxic inspiring high-performance cultures.
The only difference I observed through my training work is that organizations in the US and Dubai do ongoing efforts year to year to improve the performance and self-fulfillment of their employees and in a methodical way. We plan a series of modules through two years, we follow, we train again (transformational) which is much more effective than what organizations in Egypt do.
